The Global Focus Leadership Seminar, 'Growing a Local/Global Church' is designed to introduce a group of Pastors and Church Leaders to the biblical principles and effective strategies within the Global Focus process. These will give ideas and encouragement to motivate, mobilise and empower their congregations to impact the world for Christ. This enables the pastor and church leaders to evaluate the material and process before introducing it to the local church leadership team through the ' Global Focus Seminar ' .
