A. Global Focus is not so much a programme as an on-going process that will eventually help you to spread the load with the whole congregation. Unless the majority of the church members own the mission strategy it will always remain as the domain of the few enthusiasts.

However, as the church leader you must champion the church's global strategy. Bear in mind however that this is a long term process and not a quick fix programme. As such you need to be able to pace the process to the rate at which both you and the church can cope with change.
