A. Initially we would want to meet with the church leader to talk through the Global Focus process and let you get to know us and our heart.

After that we would offer you a seminar for your church leadership team that would take place on a Friday evening and most of Saturday. We would ask that as a leadership team, you would meet again after the seminar to discuss what your response would be to the concepts introduced at the seminar.

Finally we could offer a further 18 months 'Companionship' to the church leadership that wants to intoduce some or all of the changes that the seminar introduces.
