'The Development Process' range of publications produced by Global Focus are a range of key pamphlets designed to help a local church as it makes the changes to put Mission at the heart of the church.

Whilst these tools can be used as stand alone aids they are most effective when used as part of the Global Focus Companionship Process and their use is guided by the Church Companion.
